HOW IS YOUR PERSONAL DATA STORED?


We take a variety of security measures to protect your personal information, such as access restrictions, encryption and pseudonymization. Only employees with the right permissions have access to personal information, and we maintain computers and servers used in our operations to store personally identifiable information in a secure environment. 


Your personal data may be processed in a country outside the European Economic Area (EEA). When transferring personal data to a country outside the EEA, we take appropriate legal, technical and organisational security measures to ensure that the personal data is processed in accordance with an equivalent level of protection as within the EEA. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING


In order to fulfill the purposes of our personal data processing, we engage service and system providers of IT, websites, marketing services (e.g. marketing automation and optimization tools and marketing mailing services), CRM systems, monitoring and prospecting tools and sales systems, who process personal data on our behalf (personal data processors). Our personal data processors may only process the personal data in accordance with our instructions and are also required by law to take appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect the data.

We may unilaterally change this Privacy Policy. In the event of significant changes, you will be notified of the updated terms on the website or by email before the change takes effect. The privacy policy in effect at any time is always available on our website under the “Privacy Policy” tab.
