§ 1. INTRODUCTION
These terms of use apply to www.omnils.se. Please read all terms carefully before proceeding.
 
By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree to enter into a legally binding agreement with OMNILS GROUP AB with corporate registration number 559271-4009.
 
If you do not accept our terms and conditions, consent should not be given, the website and it services will not be available in such a situation.
 
If you wish to terminate a contract, you can do so in the following ways:

  • Close your account, email customer service and ask for a termination form to be filled out and sent back.

 
The terms and conditions set out below are subject to change. Before any changes come into effect power is notified to users as follows:

§ 2. PURPOSE
The purpose of the website is as follows:

  • The purpose of the website is to provide information about our products and support our users with questions and solve problems.

The website is owned and managed by OMNILS GROUP AB in its capacity as a legal entity person with registered office in Stockholm.

a) It is unacceptable to behave in an offensive, threatening, discriminatory, pornographic or otherwise indecent on the website.
 
b) The chat function and comment fields should be used with common sense and in a respectful manner. It is strictly forbidden to use inappropriate, derogatory, threatening, vulgar or offensive language. Posts that violate these guidelines will be deleted.
 
c) It is prohibited to share illegal, offensive, harassing or abusive material.
 
d) All users should respect confidentiality and avoid sharing sensitive information about oneself or others.
 
 
§ 5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The copyrighted material available on the website may not be used without permission from the author. Users are therefore not allowed copy, distribute, commercially exploit, reproduce or otherwise exploitbenefit from such material.

Right to register extracts
After giving consent, users have the right to receive a register extract with confirmation on whether the personal data is being processed. Is the personal data being processed users have the right to access them.

The register extract is provided in written form, either digitally or by post.
Right to information and right to correction
 
After giving consent, users have the right to contact OMNILS GROUP AB for to find out what personal data is stored and to receive incorrect information changed. If any information is missing, users also have the right to supplement it.
 
Right to restriction of processing
In certain cases, a person whose personal data is concerned may request that the processing of these should be limited. This is the case, for example, when the person in question has already requested correction due to incorrect data. During this time, the processing of the incorrect information is limited.
 
Data portability

§ 7. COOKIES
The website uses cookies. This means that information may be stored in users' browsers when they visit the website. The purpose of this is
that the website should recognize a user's computer, keep statistics and in turn improve the user experience.
 
A cookie is a small text file that makes it possible to identify a user's means of communication without storing personal data. There are two different types of
cookies, temporary and session cookies. Temporary cookies are saved during for a longer period of time and can, for example, be used to show the user content such as previously missed. Session cookies are deleted when the website/browser is closed.
This type of cookie can store information such as the chosen language and means that users do not have to re-select this every time they click through the website.
 
Cookies are used on the website for the following purpose(s):

A user who violates these user terms will be dealt with as follows:

  • The user will be suspended from the website for two weeks if the breach of contract is of a minor nature and permanently if it is a serious breach of contract.

OMNILS GROUP AB, which owns the website, www.omnilsacademy.se, disclaims any the following legal responsibilities:

  • To the extent they do not violate the law, Riaz Uddin shall be liable for loss of data and punitive damages relating to materials on the website.
